  • Average Completion Rate: How often do users make it to the end of a video? This can be a sign of weak content or chronic technical issues that need attention.

  • Happiness Score: What are users’ overall experience? Get a quick sense of QoE without getting lost in data.

  • Likelihood of Churn Based on Return Visits: Which users are likely to abandon service? Group at-risk users and target them with promotions, recommendations, reminders and more.
