NPAW announces new SmartTrends
New SmartModule for YOUBORA business intelligence platform aims to improve how progress is measured against industry levels, allowing customers focus on what’s working and improve on what’s not, helping them prioritize improvement opportunities and set realistic goals
BARCELONA, Spain, and NEW YORK – April 21, 2017 – NPAW (NICE PEOPLE AT WORK), the most advanced and holistic big data and business intelligence company for online video, has announced the release of SmartTrends, a new SmartModule for the YOUBORA platform to easily enable C-Suite officers to track and assess performance against industry levels.
SmartModules are additional features inherent to the YOUBORA video analytics platform. The SmartTrends module will join the ranks of SmartReports, SmartAds, SmartSwitch, SmartTracking, and SmartAlerts. By providing regional and industry benchmarks for comparison, users of this new industry SmartTrends feature will possess holistic insights into their service and how various metrics stack up against other comparable online video services.
SmartTrends provides users access to data sourced from the NPAW aggregated archives, from 200 countries and 99% of devices on the market. As with all NPAW products, information is provided in real time and always at one-minute resolution.
SmartTrends is the perfect tool for C-level positions in the industry to identify quality trends for a specific market and to optimize customers’ strategy and ensure successful new releases supporting market expansion plans and penetration growth. Customers will see top 10 performing devices, connection type, ISP, browser, OS, device type, worldwide, among others; being able, for example, to compare their buffer ratio for a specific operating system on a particular country and see whether their competitors are performing in the same way.
