  • % Errors & % EBVS (Exit Before Video Starts):
    How are errors turning users away? Pinpoint tolerance thresholds and work to keep errors under that limit.
  • Average User Playtime:
    How many hours is each user consuming? Splitting binge users from light-users helps planning promotional campaigns and more.
  • Average Join Time:
    How long does it take for videos to start? Compare with industry standards to stay competitive.
  • Average Completion Rate:
    How often do users make it to the end of a video? This can be a sign of weak content or chronic technical issues that need attention.
  • Happiness Score:
    What is the user’s overall experience? Get a quick sense of QoE without getting lost in data.
  • Likelihood of Churn Based on Return Visits:
    Which users are likely to abandon service? Aim at-risk users and provide them with promotions, recommendations, reminders and more.
