YOUBORA Analytics is available in Brightcove’s new advanced player to maximize End User Quality of Experience in OTT delivery

Brightcove and NICE PEOPLE AT WORK (NPAW) worked together to enhance Brightcove’s brand-new player with NPAW’s YOUBORA Analytics, the most advanced real-time metrics with the ultimate tools to analyze,  monitor and make real-time decisions to get the best accuracy in customer service and the best possible end user experience and engagement.

YOUBORA solution was adapted to complement current versions in former Brightcove players, and it is now available in the Company new set of players, in web based technologies such jsplayer based player, Flash and HTML5, as well as in native library for iOS and Android.
